You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and for Evotti, its “wow” factor comes standard on the 723 Convertible Stern (CS). New to the pontoon segment, Evotti Marine is led by pontoon veterans with 500 years of industry experience. At first glance, the high quality and solid construction make the all-new pontoon feel like it was built by a long-established manufacturer, and in a way, it was.

In its first year, Evotti is offering two different lines, and the higher-end 700 series comes standard with a 15-inch widescreen Garmin at the helm that beautifully dominates the dash. Just to the right of the sporty steering wheel are illuminated push buttons, and on the other side of the wheel are controls for the Fusion sound system. The audio sounds amazing, and because of the speaker covers, the six total speakers blend in and are hardly noticeable. Each pair of speakers from the bow, midship, and stern is in a separate zone, controlled from the helm and from the stern with a stereo remote unit.

Worth noting, the wireless phone chargers can be found throughout the boat, including for the captain. We especially love the unique units located in the bow and stern seating areas, as well as in the first-mate area, where your phone wirelessly charges in a dedicated slot between the cupholders.

In the bow are two extremely comfortable chaise lounges, with a tilt-out trash receptacle built into the back of the portside one. Don’t let the all-black vinyl intimidate you; the cool-touch vinyl only looks hot. There is a little red stripe, but from the exterior rails to the furniture, Evotti has gone above and beyond with its blackout theme.

Behind the dual highback helm chairs, which are also black with a little red trim, is a massive lounger designed for versatility. With multiple seating configurations available, you can change your seating on the fly to accommodate your passengers’ needs.

Just past the see-through stern gate is the large extended swimdeck with a footrest (that hides the fuel fill), ski/tow bar, dedicated fender storage, and an easy-to-use LilliPad Marine boarding ladder.

Evotti’s EVO3 performance hull is made up of two 26-inch diameter outer pontoons with a 31-inch diameter elliptical center pontoon. The deck trim locks into the skirting to help keep water out for a solid undercarriage design. Up top, the rail height varies from 24 inches tall in the bow to nearly 29 inches tall in the center.

You can’t help but grin when you put the throttle down with the big V8 300hp Yamaha on the back. We reached a top speed in the mid-40s after a zero-to-20 mph time of less than 5 seconds. With the elliptical center pontoon, she banks smoothly in the sharp turns and is extremely responsive and fun to drive.

Clearly, this new Evotti is well thought out, and nothing is an afterthought. Using decades of pontoon knowledge, the Indiana-based manufacturer has exceeded all expectations and is ready to turn some heads on the water.
