Bajio Sunglasses
I ordered the black matte frames with the silver mirror glass lenses that retail for $249. I could save a little by going with poly lenses, but I’m happy with my choice. Speaking of decisions, I went with the sliver lenses because I was looking for sunglasses specifically for boating and thought these would look cool, but for serious anglers the rose colored lenses for low light/sight fishing would be another great way to go.
I’m happy to report the oversized frame fits great on my face and the bio-based nylon make them extremely durable. Roca (rock in Spanish), is named for the productive Roca Flat near Campeche, Mexico by the way.
My eyes are now protected with complete coverage with vented side shields, reducing glare off the water and overall light intrusion without fogging up. For enhanced clarity and acuity, the color-enhancing polarized lenses feature Bajío’s blue-light-blocking LAPIS technology that measurably minimizes eye fatigue and strain for longer, more productive days out on the water.
I found success with the Roca line but you don’t have to be oversized to enjoy the benefits of Bajio sunglasses as the manufacturer offers a variety of styles for everyone.
