“There have been larger companies such as engine manufacturers who have earned multiple NMMA Innovation Awards in the past, but Corey is believed to be the only person to be awarded three awards as an individual.” Page 36

back view of Indmar's EcoBoost and EcoJet package on a pontoon

EcoBoost & EcoJet Pontoon
At the Miami Boat Show, Indmar debuted its EcoBoost and EcoJet package designed specifically for pontoon boats. The 2.3L EcoBoost engine, combined with its EcoJet, takes pontooning to another level. With no propeller to worry about, it offers a safer alternative to outboard power, but its biggest advantage may be the 45-degree turning radius as well as the instant thrust response.

Other benefits include access to shallow, weedy or rocky water bottoms, clear view off the stern deck, as well as a heater on board when paired with the 2.3L engine. At the show the system was on Sylvan pontoon, but it will be available on other manufactured pontoons in the near future. (www.indmar.com)

an orange and green FurZapper gadget

Ditch The Pet Fur
As the weather continues to heat up, boats are beginning to hit the water and families are eagerly jumping on board, including four-legged family members. Boating lovers with furry friends might enjoy taking their pets out to experience the wind in their fur, but the extra cleanup afterwards of wet fur that never seems to go away can be frustrating.

This is where FurZapper comes in. It’s a revolutionary gadget that removes pet fur, hair, lint, dander, etc. from towels, boating apparel, and more, as a way to make sure your next trip on the water isn’t covered in fur. (www.furzapper.com)
